I Had A Dream
Once upon a time there was a woman whose work was never done. Despite being the type to roll up sleeves and get stuck in her load never seemed to lessen.
Eventually of course, her smile began to crisp; her swimmers shoulders sloped; her knees lost their elasticity and her step its bounce.
Trailing her pail of rancour she trudged; under the shadow of the ever increasing mountain of things not achieved yesterday, until lugged bucket could hold no more and The Woman Whose Work Was Never Done was swept away on a wave of odd socks and toothpaste spit singing... Finished...

Self Defence for Knitters
The humble knitting needle is a useful deterrent in situations ranging from wandering hands to assassination attempts. While metal needles are effective in most situations some opponents pose particular challenges.
Ensure your needles are steel and not aluminium when combating fae, whose only weakness is iron.
Since zombies require beheading, a circular needle, longer than 60 cm and with a strong cable will make an excellent garrote.
You will, of course, require wooden needles to dispatch a vampire. Use a straight needle of size exceeding 6mm.
At all costs avoid werewolves unless you are lucky enough to own silver needles.
